With Pro, you can use your own safety and inspection forms, like pre-trip inspections or JSAs.
Good to know:
- IronSight builds your forms. Contact your IronSight representative to set up a new form.
- Your forms are only visible to your company. Your clients can't see your submissions, and your forms don't appear on the job PDF.
Policies attach a form to jobs automatically, based on the job's resource type.
To add a policy:
- In the Admin Portal, click the Policies tab.
- Click New.
- Select the Form.
- Select the Resource type(s) it applies to.
- Click Save.
The form is now added automatically to every job with that resource type. Policy forms can be required or optional. A required form can be removed from a specific job if it isn't needed there.
