Required Account Data
Divisions - Separate your operations by areas of responsibility, such as operations or maintenance. This helps you filter jobs, resources, and operators. Configured at the Organization level.
Users - The people who need access to the account, internal and external to your company.
Locations - All of your work sites or points-of-interest.
Cost Centers - A cost object to which costs may be charged for accounting/tracking purposes.
Forms - Extra details that need to be filled out with certain jobs or at certain locations, such as Production Accounting Forms, Checklists or JSA's.
Activities - Types of work that a given resource can perform. For example, a 'Haul to Disposal' Activity is done by a 'Tank Truck' resource.
Resources - A vehicle number in your fleet or a role on your field team. Resources get assigned to a job along with an operator. Resource Types-The list of vehicle types or trades (such as Vac Truck or Electrician) your Resources can be classified as.
Connections - These are people you do business with, clients, service providers, vendors and business partners.
Rate Agreements - The pricing terms between you and your partner companies for specific services or resource types, used to calculate rates on jobs and line items automatically.
You’ll need some options to appear in the job’s core fields before you can click Save and create a new job.
- Click the Account icon in the left navigation bar
- Then click Admin Portal. A new window will open up.
- Click on the Organization.
- Starting with Users at the left, you’ll work your way right to enter your operation’s data into each category
