Forms capture extra information about your work, like checklists, JSAs, production accounting details, or hazard reports. There are three ways you'll use them.
Required forms on a job
Some jobs have a form you must fill out before you can complete the job. Required forms show at the top of the job, so you can't miss them. On jobs with stops, a form may come up at pickup or drop-off instead of at the end.
- Open the job. The required form is at the top.
- Tap the form to open it.
- Fill in all required fields.
- Tap Submit. You can now complete the job.
Adding a form to a job
Need to record extra information about the job you're on, like a one-off note or situational detail?
- Open the job and go to Attachments → Forms.
- Search for the form you need.
- Fill it out and submit.
You can add or edit these forms until the job is approved.
Submitting a form on its own
Some forms, like Hazard IDs or wildlife observations, aren't tied to a job. If you spot something that needs reporting, you can submit a form right away, whatever you're working on.
- Tap Forms in the bottom navigation bar.
- Tap the blue + button in the bottom-right corner.
- Select the form, fill it out, and submit.
Tip: Only add a form to a job if the information is about that job. For anything else, like a hazard you spotted on site, submit it on its own.
Finding forms you've submitted
Tap Forms, then My submissions to see every form you've sent.
Forms assigned to you
Some forms create follow-up tasks called Form Actions. If one is assigned to you, you'll find it under Forms → Assigned to me.
- Open the form and read the instructions under each action.
- Tap Complete All Actions.
- Add a completion comment describing what you did, and tap Submit.
